2023 MileSplit IL Team Power Rankings-Week 1


1A Girls


1.     Glen Carbon (Father McGivney)Kaitlyn Hatley and Lilly Gilbertson is an early dynamic duo at 400m. Mia Range and Elena Rybak offer firepower too.

2.     Rockford ChristianMandy Nelson is off to a good start with Avery Demo. Elle Jones and Sydney Stanfield control the Shot ring. 

3.     WinnebagoAmanda Gustafson is a top contender in the shot put, Grace Erb and Marissa Roggensack contribute in the 800m. The 4x400 is the current class leader. 

4.    TremontCambria Geyer leads the classification in the 60, 60H, and 200m. 

5.     DuQuoin- Multiple event groups aid the Lady Indians. Isabella Phillips in the 60H and 400m produces on the track while Ellie Green (HJ) and Love Dunklin (TJ) do the same in the field. 

6.     Peru (St. Bede)Anna Lopez leads the classification in the triple jump and contributes in the long jump as well. The Bruins 4x200m is also second within the classification. 

7.    Bloomington Central CatholicNora Brady currently holds the second-fastest 1600m in the classification. BCC is also aided by Sophia Yaklich and her second fastest 400m performance. 

8.     Shabbona (Indian Creek) Jolee Larson currently leads the classification in the 3200m. The Timberwolves have a good pole vaulter in Reagan Gibson as well, currently second in 1A.

9.     Marshall Molly Farrell currently leads in 1600m and can offer some points in the 800m. Marshall's 4x8 is an early contender as well. 

10.   Eureka- The classification leader in the 4x800 pairs with the third fastest unit in the showstopper.
