These boys have had a terrific summer from the sounds of things. They will be led by Aidan DeMuth who ran 9:46 on the track. John Hockenberry (11) and Damarion Best (11) have matured as runners over the past year and will add some strength to our team. The questions we will have to answer during the early course of the season is who will step up to be our 5.", stated coach O'Donnell on his squad this season.
Head Coach/Coaches: Jeff Lester / Bryan Conger
Last Year's Finish: 12th place- Hinsdale Central Sectional
Key Returners: Hussein Almousawi (Jr.), Ignacio Escamilla (So.), Vincent De Farno (Jr.), Luke Sarofim (Sr.), Benjamin Cabas (Jr.), Aidan Rybialek (Sr.)

Summary: It has seemed as if Bolingbrook is right on the cusp of having a breakout year as a team after some individual success over the last few years with the likes of Brett Wasick and Tyler Cushing emerging into elite runners in recent memory. This is a very young team though, "We had three incredible leaders graduate (Brett Wasick, Josh Beechler, and Connor Wasick). Thus, we have a young team that is going to write their own story. We are very excited about what we have and what we can achieve. It will come down to guys staying consistent, buying in, and making each other better."
"We are very excited for the season," says Coach Lester. The Raiders project to only have two seniors in their top seven. This squad will be led by the duo of Hussein Almousawi and Ignacio Escamilla. Both ran into the 15:20's last season and will try their chances at sub 15:00 this year. Along with them, Vince De Farno had a great summer according to the coach, "I believe Vince De Farno has taken a huge step in fitness and in his leadership. He is really close to Brett Wasick and has learned a lot from him. That has transformed into a great summer of training and an early leader of the team."

We're working on creating the connective tissue between the seniors and juniors, finding a leader in actions as well as a vocal leader, and building fitness at the same time."
I think we've got plenty of talent on this team, we'll see if we develop leadership and an identity." says Coach Rafferty. The Warriors are in a sort of rebuilding mode this year, but can find them ranked by the end of the season. They are led by Zach Self who had a great track season running 9:53, expect him to be in the 15:10s this season. Hayden, Ebenezer, Sullivan, and McInturff all had good track seasons as well. They key will be getting all five runners under 16:00.
