Luke Wiley (Sr., Gurnee [Warren] HS IL)- Top returning 1600m in the field at 4:10.95. Wiley has strength too as his 9:02.65i on the track proves.
Gavin Genisio (So., Benton HS IL)- One of the top freshmen in the country last year at 4:13.93. Genisio will certainly be on the radar and in a position to do well if the training is right.
Micah Wilson (Sr., St. Charles East HS IL)- 3A state cross country champion has clocked 4:15.38 on the track.
Alex Partlow (Sr., Carbondale HS IL)- Arguably the state's top cross country runner this past season will have an opportunity to compete against his contemporaries. Partlow has run 4:16.28.
Ryder James (Sr., Paxton-Buckley-Loda HS IL)- Won the Akinosun Elite Invite 1600m last weekend in a PB 4:19.23.
Owen Bosley (Jr., Homestead HS WI)- Look for more greatness from another Bosley when the gun goes off. His PB is 4:19
Griffin Ward (Sr., Middleton HS MN)- One of Minnesota's top returning milers will begin his season here. Ward has run 4:20.41.
Brock Rice (Sr., Orland Park Sandburg HS IL)- Could be one of the state's elite milers this season. This is a quality starting point for Rice and his 4:20.62 PB.
Tyler Freiner (Sr., Timberland HS MO)- Another Missouri state contestant ready to show the depth and talent of his state. Freiner has a best of 4:21.05.
Trent Anderson (Sr., Orland Park Sandburg IL)- Up and coming distance star dropped 4:22.10 in limited opportunities a year ago.
Ryan Hardiman (Sr., Chicago Latin HS IL)- A mainstay of the Latin distance machine, Hardiman bust 4:22.46.
George Cahill (Sr., New Trier HS IL)- Standout distance runner for the Trevians who was a state finalist in the 1600m with a personal best 4:22.90
