Breakdown: Normal Community's 4x400 title was one of the iconic races of 2021. Receiving the baton in fifth place, Ali Ince brought home the win ahead of Evanston. The rest of that team, including Jordynn Griffin, is formidable and returns the full team as well.

Evanston won't back down, and returns their full crew too including anchor Jacklynn Okereke, who certainly will avoid a repeat of last season's rundown.

Glenbard West could be a sneaky good team as well, who returns each of their runners including Audrey Allman.

What will Homewood-Flossmoor do in this event in 2022? HF produced an all-state team in 2021 that returns all their runners, but Alex Edison did not run the relay. If HF runs an all-star 4x400 team (that could include Caroline Schoen), how fast can they go? They would be favorites in that scenario.
