Breakdown:
-Only one top ten in the field but we can throw the rankings. This meet has over time garnered respective that led teams to go on to bigger and better things. Neuqua Valley has been in an accelerated "rebuilding" process and that means they will be fighting with the state's best at the end of the season. Junior Nicolas Dovalovsky is the team's lowstick and could pull his teammates to more improvement.

Naperville North will be led by senior Jake Allen. The Huskies best race of the season was at the Richard Spring Invite last month in which they placed 10th and just six points in back of Neuqua Valley. A new outcome could be on hand by the end of the night.

Jones Prep ran well at the Palatine Invite several weeks ago, nabbing a top-five placement. Their top runner senior Anthony Maida was a key reason why in taking third and just 14 seconds behind state champ Josh Methner of Hersey, but a big boost was the debut of senior Ian Bacon. He would finish as the squad's #2 man and surely his confidence is sky-high.

Dovalosky, Allen, Anthony Maida, and Richard Jacobo (Sr., Palatine) may be the favorites. A winning time under 15:00 is up for grabs and will be a surprise if more than a handful break the watershed mark.
