These are exciting times that we are living in now. The IHSA State Championship is upon us and hundreds of kids will be competing Thursday in an all-finals format for the first time in history. The stakes were high coming out of the sectional round and were high pressured enough to blow a top off of a pressure cooker. Everyone will have to be on their game from the moment they step into the battlefield.

We believe that many young women are worthy of praise because they persevered and made the state championship. However, there is a strong belief the following scenarios or groups of athletes drew the most attention. Enjoy!
