The Narrative:
It's been the Brandon Battle show in class 3A. The legs of the current state leader in three individual events and two relays could very well lead his Tigers to a trophy. Questions still remain such as how does the coaching staff plan on using him, will he have help, and what other teams will pose the biggest challenge.
Right now those teams are the top three mainstays in former top team Minooka and Neuqua Valley.
This classification is all over the place after the top three, but guess what? This weekend in Minooka we will see a bevy of teams who are ranked, were ranked, or are close to being ranked. We might, and we mean might get a better idea of how teams are looking.
