-The Spartans are no strangers to the top of the podium at the end of the season. They return some big pieces from a squad that placed third in 2019. Leading the charge is two-time LJ state champion Atleigh Hamilton. It will be interesting to see what kind of depth they have as time rolls on. Altamont is an emerging team on the scene with freshman standout Grace Nelson. She is among the state leaders in the long jump and hurdles.
