Rock Falls should one of the teams at the top of the food chain this season

Outlook: It may have been a surprise to many cross country followers last fall. But maybe competing in 2A during the track and field season has a way of hardening kids up. But the fact of the matter is the Rockets have everything on their side. They have the metrics, experience, and actual returning crew to prove it. The top four return which includes Bailee Fortney and her all-state credentials. Erin Porter, Alex Gomez, and Bryahna Ganther are also back and placed in the top 50 overall. It will be interesting to see how things shape up with the top five teams all being strong and having a top front runner and solid packs.
