Breaking Down The IL Premium National Numbers

With a cold week of running, we were lucky to see a couple good marks. We are still waiting for a few top runners to compete this season, but as we wait for them, where do the others rank? We will take a look to see who is ranked in the Top 100 in the US according to the Milesplit database from Illinois. We do not get rankings off of non wind legal marks necessarily; we rank off of all FAT times ran. (Rankings as of 5/2)
