Jesse Hahne has made his mark on Schlarman High School. He won't forget the people he's met, friends he's made and the overall support from the school and community. He won't forget the times he qualified for state or the time the team went from last in the conference to winning the conference title the very next year. In his last year for the blue and gold he hopes to leave it all on the track one last time during indoor and outdoor seasons before he embarks on the next chapter of his running career. He took official visits to Eastern Illinois, Illinois State, Southern Illinois and Bradley, but in the end he says it was the Red Birds that won him over for a variety of reasons.
