It's another episode of the "100 Days In" as we catch up with a former outstanding prep student-athlete from the land of Lincoln.
We caught up with former Naperville (Neuqua Valley) superstar Riley Ammenhauser, now at the University of Michigan.
In high school, Ammenhauser was the best triple jumper of her era in the state and an elite performer who earned several All-American honors. She ranks #2 all-time indoors (41'3.75") and #2 all-time in all conditions (42'11"). In college, Ammenhauser has been just as outstanding; she has won a Big Ten Conference title and possesses a personal best 43'0."
Off the track, Ammenhauser is one of those student-athletes who has adapted well to the Name, Imaging, and Likeness (N.I.L) era. She is a big hit on social media, particularly Instagram, with a following of over 40,000.
