Starks has been in the shadows of his superstar teammate Harbor, but with marks of 6.99 in the 60m and 21.33 this may be a huge meet for the rising junior. We may sit here at the same time next year hyping up Starks the way Harbor is currently being hyped. This will be a great test to see if the young star can complete 1-2 finishes with his teammate in both the 60m and 200m.
