2021 MileSplit IL Power Rankings: Week 2

The narrative:
St. Joe-Ogden moves up one spot from last week. It starts with thrower extraordinaire Hayden Knott who leads the state in the discus throw and third in the shot put. Sprinter Brady Buss is among the leaders in the 100 and 200 classification. The Trojans also look strong in three relays (4x1, 4x4, 4x8).

Northridge Prep prides itself in the middle distance arena with Andrew Brockmeier and the 4x800. However, they have some backing on the strength of Aidan Martin. He has made a strong impact in the 400. The Knights lead the class in the 4x400.

El Paso-Gridley has a double hurdles threat in the Kollin Schlipf and Logan Elder. Both are near the top of the food chain. The 4x4 and 4x8 teams are expected to continue to score big points.
