Undoubtedly the best horizontal jumper the state has ever seen, this marks the second time that Ward has qualified for NCAA D1 Nationals. The first time came his indoor season of freshman year when he took 7th place. His college career has been hampered by a few injuries including a recent one that has kept him out since February 2nd. The question is 'will that affect the 7x state champions performance at nationals this go around?'
