As indoor season begins and outdoor season follows we kick off our coverage with our top returners in each event. Junior Brittny Ellis of Gurnee Warren is the hot name in the sprinting world and looks to battle it out with the next great Lincoln Way East sprinter Alexis Hyshaw. Ellis ran 7.13 in Wisconsin last year in her lone 55m performance of her career. On the boys side, Pekin senior Cole Henderson looks to build off of a strong outdoor season and improve his best mark of 6.43 seconds.
