Madeline Perez had an awesome junior season that culminated in the 3A state title and several national meets. Can she do it again and lead Glenbard West to the team title?

The 2013 cross country season is right around the corner. We kick off our preseason coverage by ranking the top returners in each class. Patrick Perrier finished third at last year's Illinois State Cross Country Championships. He is the lone returner from the top six in that race and comes into the sesaon with a best of 14:15.00. Junior Jesse Reiser of McHenry and Zach Smith of DGN look strong as well.
