Meet Information
Online Registration Instructions
This meet is intended for high school athletes (grades 9-12), with a limited number of middle school athletes (grades 5-8). Athletes can compete unattached or as a part of a club team. No IHSA waivers are needed.
Entries: Entries open November 11th. There is a maximum field size for each event, entries will be accepted based on entry time provided by the athlete. Entries close Thursday, January 9th at noon (CST).
Entry fee: $25, three events max. Payment via Stripe on meet registration page OR Paypal Friends and Family: paypal.me/akinosunelite MUST LEAVE ATHLETES NAME IN MEMO
Late Fee: $5 per event entered. Payable in cash at packet pickup
Packet Pickup: Long Jump, 8:00am, everyone else begins at 8:30am. Race bib pickup will be inside the south entrance Unattached athletes will not have a packet, tell us your name for your bib.
Awards: A medal will be presented to the top 3 finishers of each event.
Spectator entrance and tickets: *wristbands can be purchased at the South entrance of the track. Entry is $10 for adults and $5 for students (with valid student ID) or children 12 and younger.
Coach Passes: One pass- 5 athletes, two passes- 6-14 athletes, three passes- 15+ athletes. Unattached athletes will not receive a coach pass. For shot put and high jump one coach may accompany the athlete until their throws/jumps are complete. Horizontal jump coaches should coach from the bleachers. If a coaching box is established, this will be modified. No credentialed coach should be in the competition area once track events begin, stay in the bleachers or North warm up track only.
