Entry Fee: $20 per athlete, three events max. No Refunds (unless the meet is cancelled), this is an entry fee not a competition fee. No On-Site Sign up or payments. Meet management reserves the right to combine heats, sections, & flights.
Seed Times: Please enter a realistic December seed time for 60, 200m, & 400m, avoid entering NM A generic conversion for 60m is 100m time +3 x .5 or enter an indoor 2020/2021 time. Meet management will alter seeds where applicable.
Timing/Results AdkinsTrak Associates, live results will be on AthleticLive
Awards: Top three per age division. Awards will still be provided for an athletes original division, if combined.
Packet Pickup: Begins at 7:30am in the South Lot entrance (Door 24) of the building.

Meet Schedule is subject to change if capacity limitations are instituted
Masks must be worn at all times by spectators and non competing athletes. Athletes do not have to wear a mask while competing.
Starting blocks will be provided by meet management, no outside starting blocks allowed.
Athletes should bring and retrieve their own throwing implements.
Spikes
Entries and Tickets
All should enter Proviso West arena through the South Lot entrance (Door 24) of the building, there will be signage or staff directing you. Spectator admission is $5, senior citizens and young children price is $2. All spectators must remain in the bleachers and masked.
Warm Up
Athletes' warm ups may be done on the oval or middle sprint lanes when there is no conflict with field events in progress. The basement is also an option for warm ups, no spikes on the floor. The track will close thirty minutes prior to the start of the first scheduled run event.
Locker Rooms
There is no locker room access, there are plenty of washrooms around the athletic wing.
Race Check In
Athletes should report to the clerking area when called. All must be race ready when it is time to be escorted to the start line. Field event athletes should check in with the head official of that event.
