If there were issues with purchased tickets dating back to Saturday please email ASAP, we will not tend to any ticket concerns on Saturday or after. Also if you have no use for a purchased ticket let me know as there is a wait list. Also email to be put on a wait list. All must exit facility when the session ends.See schedule for updated entry times.
-Temperature checks in the lobby upon arrival. Temperatures above 100.4 will be denied entry to the facility.
-Masks must be worn at all times, except while actively warming-up/competing. Upon event completion masks are required to be put back on.
-If you are feeling sick or feeling sick please stay home.

-Hand sanitizers are available throughout the facility.
-Field event athletes will be required to wear masks in between attempts (while not actively competing). Masks should go in the pocket or around their wrist during the event.
-Starting blocks provided by the facility, no outside blocks will be allowed.
Athletes & spectators should report to Gately Indoor Track at the designated time on the entry schedule/ticket. No early entries or loitering in the lobby!!!!! All should enter Gately Indoor Stadium on the south side of the building, there will be signage or staff directing you. All must exit the bleachers/facility at the end of the session. Day Passes receive a band & still must prepare to exit
Packet and race bib pickup will be inside the south entrance, athletes must turn in their waiver prior to receiving their race bib. Please do not lose your bib number as it is your ticket into the facility. If you are competing both days you must get a new bib for Saturday.
There will be no locker room access, it is encouraged that athletes bring items necessary for the meet. Please bring a lock if you choose to store items in the express lockers.
Athletes will only be allowed to enter the facility at the designated entry/warm uptime on the schedule. NO ATHLETES IN THE BLEACHERS unless prior approval was granted. Jumpers may warm up at their venue, no tape or chalk allowed for jumps, markers will be provided. Distance athletes may warm up outside ( have your bib on for re entry) or inside by using lane 7 of the track. Social distancing guidelines must be followed while warming up.
Race Check In
Athletes should report COMPETITION READY to the check -in table on the west side of the arena no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Field event athletes should check in with the head official of that event at the runways. Social distancing guidelines must be followed..
Upon completion of your event marshals will guide you off the track so you may grab your belongings and proceed out the arena. Athletes who qualify for finals (60, 60H, 200m) should report back to check in 40 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of finals.
Athletes who have completed their event should plan to immediately exit the facility after getting dressed via the South entrance in the lobby. At the current time athletes will not be able to stick around and watch events due to COVID policy. All must exit the bleachers/facility at the end of their session. Day Passes receive a band & still must prepare to exit.
