Online Registration Instructions
Entry Fee: $30 per athlete, two event max between Friday & Saturday. High School + Some Middle School Events (7-8th grade ONLY). No Refunds (unless the meet is cancelled). No On-Site Sign up or payments. Email communication will come from 'Milesplit' be sure to check your spam folder.

If you are signing up for an event on Friday & Saturday DO NOT submit two payments, register on both pages while only paying on one page. Add in notes under one or both events that you are competing both days.

Temperature checks in the lobby upon arrival. Temperatures above 100.4 will be denied entry to the facility.
Masks must be worn at all times. Competing athletes MUST wear their mask below the nose keeping mouth covered.

Everyone must socially distance at least six feet while inside the facility.
Hand sanitizers are available throughout the facility.
Starting blocks are provided by meet management, no outside starting blocks allowed.
Athletes should bring and retrieve their own throwing implements.
Entry
Athletes should report to Gately Indoor Track at the designated time on the schedule. All athletes should enter Gately Indoor Stadium through the South entrance of the building, there will be signage or staff directing you. Temperature checks will occur upon entry.
Coaches/Non Coaches Tickets
There will be spectator ticket sales for Saturday's portion of the meet. A spectator is defined as any coach, parent, child, or non competing athlete in the bleachers. All must have a ticket due to capacity limitations. Official information and website will be released in the coming days, plan on session tickets ranging from $8-15, and a limited amount of day passes being available. There will be no on site ticket sales, everything will be done in advance. It is the coach and athlete's responsibility to pass information on to family and friends once it becomes available. If someone claims they did not receive an email ask them to check their spam folder. Thank you all for your interest in this meet and your patience.
Packet Pickup
Packet and race bib pickup will be inside the east entrance will, athletes must turn in their waiver prior to receiving their race bib. Athletes please do not lose your bib number as it is your ticket into the facility for both days for competition only.
Warm Up
Athletes should report to the track for warm up at the designated time, not earlier. Social distancing guidelines must be followed while warming up in the designated warm up areas. Distance athletes may warm up outside at their discretion or use what equates to Lane 7 around the oval if there are no obstructions in addition to regular warm up areas.
Implement weigh in for throws will occur at the competition site, bring your own implements. There will be staff directing you and providing updates about entry into the arena for practice. Only water is allowed on the arena floor, please bring your own water as fountains are shut down due to COVID policy.
Locker Rooms
There will be limited locker room access. Athletes will be able to change out of any winter gear (coats, boots) after receiving their bib number. Please bring a lock if you choose to store items in express lockers. Any updates will be communicated at a later date via email.
Race Check In
Athletes should report COMPETITION READY to the clerking area and will be escorted to the start line no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Field event athletes should check in with the head official of that event. Social distancing guidelines must be followed while awaiting placement in lanes.
Post Race
Upon completion of your event marshals will guide you off the track so you may grab your belongings and proceed out the northeast exit via the warm up track into the hallway. Athletes who qualify for finals (60, 60H) should report back to check in at the designated time to allow for proper race prep. Any updates will be communicated at a later date via email and on-site.
Exit
Athletes who have completed their event should plan to immediately exit the facility after getting dressed via the East exit in the hallway. At the current time athletes will not be able to stick around and watch events due to COVID policy. Any updates will be communicated at a later date via email.
