Meet Information

-All participants and spectators must have their temperature checked before entering the stadium. Masks or face coverings must be worn at all times by spectators & coaches.  Athletes DO NOT have to wear a face covering when warming up or during their race. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the stadium.

-Field Size Limited To Satisfy Chicago's Department of Public Health Guidelines....https://bit.ly/3iU23Dv The maximum allowed in the stadium will be 100 people.

-Chicago has an emergency travel order to quarantine for travelers from states listed here: https://bit.ly/38P6Y3Y

-$20 total per athlete (3 events max), $5 per spectator at gate....NO REFUNDS.  Elementary division are grades 3-5th, Middle division are grades 6-8th and High School are Freshman thru Seniors as of August 2020. Moving up a division will be on a case by case basis, no athlete may compete in multiple divisions. If you register using your high school team account please change team name using the 'Alias' feature on your registration page to satisfy your state association rules. 

-Events Order (field size): 100m (24), 400m (16), 200m (24), Long Jump (12; 4 jumps), and Triple Jump (12; 4 jumps). Field size capped between 12-24 athletes per event, meet manager can expand field size where applicable. FAT Timing for all events, Wind Gauges for jumps and sprints for official rankings. Up to 20min will be allowed after the 400m to allow athletes doubling time to recover.

-Meet management reserves the right verify and adjust seed times to maintain the integrity of the meet as best we can.  Meet management also reserves the right to combine races when applicable. 

-There are no bleaches on the East side of the stadium, chairs may be setup in that area as long as social distancing guidelines are followed. Home bleachers will allow limited spectators, all must follow social distancing guidelines and mask requirements.

-Athletes are encouraged to bring their own starting blocks and disinfect them if sharing.

-Tentative start time is 11am (CST) with the Long Jump, athletes not in the jumps will not be able to enter the stadium until 1:00pm (warm-up on outside grass fields prior). Tentative start time for 100m is 1:30pm. Final schedule and logistics will be emailed out once entries close and field size is determined.
