Track: Six lane 200 Meter Mondo SuperX, Nine Middle Sprint Lanes
Spikes: 1/8 inch PYRAMID SPIKES ONLY. Shoes WILL be checked
Starting Blocks will be provided, but feel free to bring a set.
Shot Put Implements will be weighed in at the shot put area
Top 3 in each event receives a medal
Registration: $20/athlete for three events, Pay via registration in upper right corner
Admission: $5.00 spectator/coaches; $0 for coaches on USATF Safesport List w/Photo ID
Age Groups: 6-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, & High School.
