Registration Deadline
Normal Entry
MUST be entered on line by Thursday, November 24, 2016, 9:00 PM CST, and charged to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. To avoid paying late fees, all payment must be made by the normal entry deadline date. (Simply by entering and not paying entry fees does not mean acceptance into the meet. Acceptance into the meet only happens when the entry is complete AND all entry fees are paid).
Late Entry
All late entries (entered after Nov. 24, 2016 and those entered but not paid for by the normal entry deadline date) must be entered on line by 9:00pm CST (10pm EST) of Friday, November 25, 2016 and accompanied by a $5.00 late fee (for a total of $15.00 per athlete) or $15.00 late fee per individual relay.
Super Late Entry
In extreme instances, entries may be received Saturday, November 26, 2016, but no later than noon on that day. In such case, there is an $10.00 late fee (for a total of $20.00 per athlete) or $10.00 late fee per individual relay (for a total of $20.00). Super Late Entries will begin at 11:00pm CST Friday, November 25, 2016 and end at noon CST on Saturday, November 26, 2016. Click HERE beginning at 11:00pm, Saturday, November 26, 2016.
