Tsion Yared and the Pine Crest Panthers showed why they are one of the best teams in 2A and the state and one of the top underclassmen squads in the country. Coach Baur's squad took the top seven spots with the top five four freshmen and one eighth grader. On the boy's side Calvary's Danny Ferro edged out Michael Kennedy of Pine Crest for the win as the Panther's swept team titles. Watch all the race videos & interviews.

Gulliver Prep freshman Natalie Varela and Belen Jesuit's Joshua Collins were two of the most impressive performers in South Florida from week three. Spanish River freshman Rylee Pustilnik and Deshay Fernandes of Columbus were two of the most impressive performers in South Florida from week two. Our South Florida correspondent Eddie Romero picked the five best, South Florida's Fast Five.

Besides some heavy showers, the Park Vista Cobra Country XC Invitational was a great success. The invite was held at South County Regional Park which is where the traditional 5k Spanish River course is held. The race for people who don't know is a two loop course with a hill at the end and a nice straight finish.
