Sunday, February 9, 2025, is perhaps the most explosive day in American sports. Why? One is the Super Bowl held in New Orleans, Louisiana, and two is an important track and field meet specifically for girls. Coincidentally, while one may galvanize the football world, the Second Annual BOWA Gives Girls' Invite will provide a spotlight for girls and young women.
Meet director Ashley Ehimwenman has a vision for girls ages 5-14 and, of course, in the high school division as stated here:

Order of Events Subject To Change Based On Entries
This is a USATF-sanctioned meet, if you are 14 years old AND attend an IHSA member high school your school MUST submit a waiver request to the IHSA no later than January 30, 2025. If you have questions, please get in touch with admin@bowagives.org
