Ali Ince and the Lady Irons dropped some quality performances at the Kankakee Co-Ed Invite. Kankakee, a team that moved up to 3A, finally showed off that returning talent in a big way on the track and in the field.
Barrington has a real 1-2 punch and non-distance quality. We're in mid-April; weather may heat up along with performances. The stretch run should be interesting.
