Series outlook: The original series started circa 2007 under then Mather head coach Dale Devinney. Coach Joe Sullivan has built a fine Rangers program. He is good at meet management!
Now in conjunction with sponsors CYUP Training and Dick Pond, the meet has become a staple of Chicago Public League cross country. There are three series races (9/12, 9/19, 9/26). The two-mile distance appears just right for coaches to gather pertinent information.
