The 2023 cross country season is here and we will drop out our rendition of the best 25 individual distance runners every week. Finding our premium 25 darlings was an arduous process. We weighed the 2023 track and field season along with other metrics. We have girls representing all three classes. There are returning sophs, juniors, and seniors listed here.
