1. Cahokia- The Comanches are ready for the big stage. 

2. Mt. Zion-The  relays are big threats, Sam Atkinson holds down the middle distances,
Julian Baker and Kyle Hensley are contributors. 

3. East St. Louis- The 4x400 dropped major heat at New Balance nationals (3:22.99), the 4x200 leads the class. Demarlynn Taylor wins 60H Rising Stars at New Balance Indoor Nationals.  

4. Kankakee Sr. - Jayon Morrow is key, Tyrice Bender is rising.  

5. Urbana Relays are strong, Jackson Gilbert has yet to run his best races. 

6. Mascoutah- Nathan Hippard and Allen Middleton are the 1-2 punch.  

7. Chicago Heights (Marian)-  Braydon Waller is quiet, but his performances hold strong.

8. Chicago (Payton)- Big CPS meet this weekend. 

9. Chicago (DePaul College Prep) Catholic League meet this weekend, a big indoor test.

10. Mt. Vernon The 4x400m relay are competitors, Jacob Morrison is a long jump threat.
