2023 MileSplit IL Team Power Rankings-Week 3


1A Boys

1. Catlin (Salt Fork)-  Top sprinter Nathan Kirby is a major threat. Garrett Taylor and the 4x200m are strong. 

2.  Rockford Christian- The 400m leader is Bjorn Carlson, will he be caught? is still strong, he leads 1A in 400m. Weston Forward is the distance ace. 

3. Port Byron (Riverdale) Distance is the key, Tommy Murray leads the class in the 3200m and second in the 1600m. 

4. Shelbyville- The Rams still lead the class in the 4x200 and 4x400m relays.  

5. Springfield Lutheran - Mason Kooi is the New Balance National high jump champion.

6.  Eureka- The Hornets still have Charlie Bardwell (800 +1600m) and a 4x400m in the mix. 

7.  Champaign (Judah Christian)Josiah Brown forms a potent duo with Daryl Okeke.

8.  Champaign (St. Thomas More) The craftiness of Cabott Craft has him leading the class in the long and triple jump. 

9.   Pleasant Plains Strong relays, Danny Skelton is a hurdles threat.

10. Bismarck (Bismarck-Henning-Rossville-Alvin) Michael Hackman is the sprint threat, the 4x200m contributes
