-It appears as though the nation's top triple jumper (actually combined jumper) is going to get her swan song. Although Ammenhauser was robbed of an opportunity to be a four-time state champion. Let it be known that after taking full possession of the indoor TJ national lead in her final competition, Ammenhauser's 41-0.25 was refreshing and supplants her as someone with the keys to the padlock.
Recently, in her first outdoor meet, Ammenhauser became one of the few girls in state history to connect on a 20-40 double in the same meet. Ammenhauser won the NSAF Meet of Champions long jump with a career-best (all-conditions) 20'2.5" [+2.6] and 40-9 (US#1).
With the outdoor season on the horizon here in the state, it is going to be fun to watch Riley Ammenhauser's infectious smile and laugh lure you for the kill. Be ready!
