Overview: The state's top half-miler is ready to put his name on the national map. Two weekends ago in his season debut, Schultz blitzed the field with a slick US top 10 1:54.41. The also speedy Schultz nearly broke 50-seconds in the 400m. The 600m is a perfect blend between speed and endurance and a test of attrition should he go out too fast. For keep's sake, Schultz ran cross country and produced a solid 15:30 (3 miler) and time trial mile in 4:29. He will match up against the youngster Nathan Cumberbatch of Wisconsin, so we could see a very fast time in the low 1:20s.
