As a freshman Trevor Heffren had his ups and downs, going from 10th place at the Illinois Top Times and not medaling to winning a state title on the state's biggest stage outdoors. The key in his second season will be to maintain consistency and build a legacy. As for the events structures, it should be great to watch emerging talent rise into star power.
