Breakdown: East St Louis holds the top ranking once again, but Mahomet Seymour jumped two spots to second after their performances this past weekend in Champaign, they received contributions from nearly all of the disciplines. Burlington Central jumped into the top five on the strength of their relay performance at DGS this past Monday. New to the top 10 this week is Charleston and Dunlap who both had success in distance events to help propel them upwards.
