Some say "upset", we say "championship." Declan Rustay (Jr., Hoffman Estates) did it two times with an awesome win the 100m (10.54) and 200m (21.57). Rustay ran an outstanding leg on his team's runner-up finish in the 4x200 relay that blazed 1:27.06.
