200m-

2015 State Champion: Andre McGill (Madison) 21.73 [+1.0]

Key returners: Kahil Wassell (Jr., New Berlin), Chase Riley, Jeremiah Davis, Jordan Rowell, Brady Rude, Deandre McNeal

Season outlook: It is going to take some work for this event to match what occurred last season. Jeremiah Davis may be the best one here now that he is working on block starts and improving technique. If he can't get up to speed Kahlil Wassell will burn the track up. Brady Rude is ready for a great senior season as well. Fortunately there will be a lot of takers to choose from here.

110HH-

2015 State Champion: Aaron Luesse (Tolono Unity) 14.31 [+1.4]

Key returners: Curtis Gordon (Jr., Vandalia), Andy Margason (Sr., Timothy Christian)

Season outlook: Just like the Century, this event is going to suffer major after losing 7 of 9 state finalists as well as the five performers gone to graduation. No offense but it was an average event to begin with when you consider the top returner has never broken 15.00. Watch for

300H-

2015 State Champion: Josh Kirby (Peoria Christian) 38.71

Key returners: Clayton Strader (Sr., Arcola), Hayden Goleman (Jr., Elmwood), Kronner Wilson (Sr., Oregon), Bret Dannis (So., Peru St. Jude)

Season outlook: Clayton Strader enjoyed a great year last season racking up three medals- two via relays and a third place in the long hurdles. He is the top returner here and will be ready to burn. No one else broke 40.00 last season. Konner Wilson could be close as no one is truly a favorite in a long hurdles race.
