Gracie Sprankle (Jr., Oletangy Liberty HS; Powell OH)- She was 38th a year ago at the regional meet to 3rd this time around. The set up was a great regular season that saw Sprankle win over 80% of her races enroute to a third place finish in the Ohio D1 championship. Sprankle was destined to be here because she was able to weather all battle tests and has the scars to prove it. It may be true that Sprankle could be a year ahead of schedule in terms of stardom, but we are sure that she will take it now.
