Jack Aho (Sr., Grayslake Central HS; Grayslake IL)- Aho is quietly enjoying a great senior campaign minus the fan fare. He went undefeated during his Illinois portion which included a personal best 14:12 for three miles. In defending his state championship his triplet brother Matt Aho finished second completing a dream state championship. But there is something about the inner demon regarding Aho that has yet to be released. For instance, he ran a 1600m trial last month in 4:14.1 without kicking all out on the final lap. So if that means something for the not yet peaked Aho is he ready for an incredible last race... the U of Michigan bound Jack Aho goes by "Jack" eventhough his birth name is John Aho. His other brood Matt and Elizabeth make up the Aho triplet clan.
