ENTRIES:
All entries must be made prior to the meet, an invite for entries on Milesplit.com will be sent in advance. Entries are due by 12:00pm Wednesday, April 27th. No entries will be allowed at the meet, scratches or substitutions only.
OFFICIALS:
EACH TEAM MUST DESIGNATE TWO OFFICIALS.

BATONS: Each team must furnish its own relay batons.
STARTING BLOCKS: Will be furnished by the host team.
CONCESSIONS: A concession stand will be open during the meet.
FACILITIES:
William Lutz Field has an 8 Lane Track. Only rubber soled shoes, or shoes with spikes not to exceed in length will be permitted. The shot and discus area are concrete, so rubber soled shoes only may be worn. No tape or scratch marks of any kind will be allowed. Bean bags, chalk, or half tennis balls may be used.
TRACK EVENTS:
The Shuttle Hurdle relays will be contested in heats against time. The low hurdle shuttle relay will run the same distance as the highs (110m), and will run every other hurdle with the start/finish line being the same. The 3200m, 6400m and Distance Medley Relays will be run in one heat. All other relays will be run in two sections, seeded by time.
FIELD EVENTS: (All field events will start at 2:00 p.m.)
Pole Vault: Depending on the number of schools entering, two vault areas will be conducted, with starting heights of 70 and 90 respectively; the bar being raised 6 until 13 and then 3. Each team must designate two vaulters for each vault area. All four vaulters must clear an opening height or the team will be scratched.
High Jump: Starting height will be 48 and will be raised 2 until 6, 1 thereafter; the 90 second rule will be strictly enforced. All four jumpers must clear the opening height or the team will be scratched.
Long Jump: Will be contested in two pits and each team will designate two jumpers per pit. Each contestant will receive three trials. Runways are 146 to the pit, with an 8 and 12 board
Triple Jump: Will follow completion of the Long Jump and use identical procedures as the Long Jump. Boards are 24, 28, 32, 36, and 40.
Shot Put and Discus: Will be contested simultaneously with areas available for warm-up. The Shot Put entries will be seeded with the best entries first and the Discus in the reverse order. Each contestant will have three trials.
