Magis Miles 2020

Chicago, IL

Meet Information

The Saint Ignatius night of mile races is back for a third year! After a record-setting year in 2016, we will be expanding the 2017 meet to include more athletes and more opportunities for PRs!

The 'Magis Miles' is a night of one-mile races on the track at Saint Ignatius College Prep in the heart of downtown Chicago.

With music playing through every race, IHSA State Meet announcer Billy Poole Harris as the energetic announcer, and the meet streaming live to thousands on the Wolfpack Sports network, this is not a meet to miss.

Magis (pronounced mah-jis) is a Latin term meaning 'more', or 'better'. It is an aspiration to do more for others. We love track and field and we know you do as well. We want to give people the chance to compete and to see an exciting track meet! We hope our third annual event can be an expression of that sentiment!

This meet is open to all athletes, of all ability and age! - sign up here! Join the fun on June 2nd! All athletes will receive a meet t-shirt with their registration and an opportunity for a lifetime best!
