Warm-up time for all athletes.  Track will be kept open for athletes. 

9:15 am 
Scratch meeting in the green shed for all running events. 

9:30 am 
Field events will begin.  All competitors need to check in by 9:25 am.  They should report to the judge at their field event area. 

10:30 am 
Prelims in the 100m / 110m hurdles and 100-meter dash (3-4 heats possible) 

11:00 am 
Finals in running events  (In the following order… 

B/G4 x 800m relay (1 heat of each) 

B/G4 x 100m relay  (2-3 heats possible) 

B/G3200m run  (1 heat each) 

B/G100/110m hurdles (girls then boys)  (1 heat each—finals) 

B/G100m dash  (1 heat each—finals) 

B/G800m run  (1 heat of each—if over 15 entrants, then run two heats) 

B/G4 x 200m relay  (2-3 heats possible) 

B/G400m dash  (4 heats each) 

B/G300m hurdles  (4 heats each) 

CoedClass relay  (600-200-400-800 in this order)  (2 heats) 

B/G1600m run  (1 heat of each) 

B/G200m dash  (timed finals)  (4 heats each) 

F/S B/G4 x 400m relay  (a runner may not compete in both the F/S and Vars. Relay 

B/G4 x 400m relay  (2-3 heats possible)
