Rachel Forsyth enroute to another dominating cross country victory

CYUP MISFITS INVITATIONAL REGISTRATION

---------------------

Her list of accomplishments is longer than Pinnocio's nose... respectively of course.

Rachel Forsyth has been on a rampage during her final cross country campaign. The super senior from  Ann Arbor Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, has won every contest this season, and only one has been timed slower than 17:00 (5K distance). Her personal best of 16:07 is the best in the country.

Perhaps her most significant feat during the fall happened over the past weekend in Terre Haute, IN at the Nike Cross Midwest Regional. Forsyth's character allowed her to take down the all-time course record in a chilling 16:31. This effort vaulted Forsyth to the top of the MileSplit National Rankings. She will be the favorite heading into the NXN Championship on December 2.

Forsyth is also a top-rated track runner whose personal bests rival anyone: 800m (2:06.88), 3200m (10:02.12), and the mile in 4:41.48. She has indicated excitement for the upcoming indoor track and field season. The stakes will be extremely high at the CYUP Misfits Invitational Mile presented by HOKA on January 20. The Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center (formerly Gately) in Chicago has produced outstanding marks and will again be electric!

Meet management is looking for high school girl contenders whose PBs are 4:50 or better for special consideration for the HOKA MILE. If you are interested, please get in touch with talent coordinator Tony Jones at tonyprepster1@gmail.com or Twitter @ilptt
