Tian Grant remains undefeated with win at the Panther XC Classic
In three races this season, Tian Grant has been dominant, winning each race by a significant margin.
This Saturday was no different as the Pea Ridge senior raced to a new personal best time of 15:58.24, knocking off Nathan Hawbaker and Isaac Pohlmeier, who finished second and third respectively en route to two new personal bests.
After the first three weeks of the season, Grant has firmly asserted himself as the favorite to win the state championship in Division 4A, leading all other individuals in 4A by 14 seconds.
In the team race, Ft. Smith Southside picked up the team win over Bentonville West and Bentonville. Evan Smith led the way for Ft. Smith, finishing 4th, while Rhett Moss and Ashton Alder followed quickly after in 6th and 8th.
