Indoor track and field week #4 is in the books. Lincoln-Way East senior Mariam Azeez takes home the girls performer of the week honors after her sensational performance at the Homewood-Flossmoor Quad #1. In that meet vs. one of the premier teams in the state, Azeez produced two state-leading marks: 60m (7.68) and the long jump (19'5.5"). Also, she placed second in the 400m, running a personal best 1:01.48.
