The state's premier pole vaulter has made her success to the naked eye look easy. However, the truth of the matter for Windsor Roberts is that she has put in the work. The superstar pole vaulter from Tri-Valley HS in Downs has been breaking records since middle school and one of the reasons is the Flying Dragons Pole Vault Club owned and operated by coach Mike Cockerham.
Roberts has improved her technique, strength, and speed which has enabled her to own the state's all-time outdoor best of 13'5.75". Fortunately, we were able to take part in a recent workout at the FDPVC "den."
