Season outlook analysis: Dunlap was one of the dominant teams in all of 2018. In 2019, the Eagles will soar to 3A which leads us to have a conversation about who will be the teams to watch. E. St. Louis Sr. is back with tremendous depth and could be faster than the 1:41.21 personal best they dropped. Sometimes the Flyerettes don't load up on this relay because they chase points in championship races. Carbondale also ran under 1:42 and will be hungry to chase a title with a full spread of talent back. Overall, there are least seven top teams with three legs back.
