Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?
A:Breaking 9 minutes on my home track with a really hyped environment.
Q: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?
A: Victor Mugeche, Ben Stasney, and the clock.
Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?
A: Running a solo 8:56.53 on my home track in Missouri.

If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
A: Believe in myself more.
Q: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
A: Physical injuries through my freshman and sophomore year.

A: My teammates.
Q: What advice would you give to younger athletes?
A: Set high goals, have confidence in yourself, and work hard.
Q: What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?
A:
My coaches have taught me to put the time in out of season so the results will show when it counts.
Q: What are your college plans?
A: Continue my athletic career at the University of Tulsa and pursue a degree in
Cyber Security.
