Welcome to the 2010 edition of the Lane Tech XC meet now aptly titled the Larry Gnapp "Tough" Invitational in honor of the late legendary LT runner and coach, Larry Gnapp. Once again our course will feature the challenging BMX mogul course at Clark Park. Due to poor footing it is not recommended to wear spikes. Please have your athletes come dressed for competition. Lane Stadium restrooms will be available as needed. The meet will run as quickly as possible and runners should be at the starting line 10 mins prior to the scheduled start time as we will roll the schedule along. Entries are unlimited for the JV races and limited to 10 entries in the Varsity races. It is asked that you do not run athletes slower than 9min mile pace in the Varsity races.
