Meet Information
This early summer community track meet offers exciting track and field competition opportunities for all members of the family. The meet offers a slate of events for age groups including Beginner (4-8), Youth (Ages 9 -13), and High School & Open (ages 14-18 and up). We hope the entire meet lasts 3 hours to 4 hours.
$20 unlimited events (Max of 4 events)
**NO ENTRANCE FEE FOR SPECTATORS**
Please put times in to get the best races with such large age groups!
Registration deadline Thursday, July 14th at 11:59PM
Registrations can be done at this link (Illinois Lightning Athletes will be registered by their Coaches):
If you are not part of a club, register as unattached. Create a profile, register for the events you want to run, and submit payment through PayPal.

4x1 (Just Teams)
55 Meters (8&Under)
100 Meters
1500 Meters
100/110 Hurdles
400 Meters
200 Meters
3000 Meters
4x400 Meters (unattached individuals can meet at the finish line and form teams)
Field Events
Long Jump (9:00 - YOUNGEST 1ST)
Shot Put (9:00 - YOUNGEST 1ST)
Discus (AFTER SHOT)
Javelin (AFTER Turbo Jav)
Triple Jump (after LJ)
High Jump - (9:00 -everyone together)
Pole Vault - (9:00-everyone together)
Turbo Javelin - 10:00
8&UNDER OPTIONS
55 Meters, 200 Meters, Long Jump, Shot Put, Turbo Javelin & 4x4 (8&Under Long Jump & Shot Put are at the Same time. You will not be able to do both. Do the Turbo Javelin!)
LIGHTNING YOUTH SPRINT GROUPS (BOTH 8&Under and 9-11) WILL GO LONG JUMP right into 55/100 then TURBO JAVELIN then 200 or 4x4
LIGHTNING YOUTH SHOT PUT GROUPS (BOTH 8&Under and 9-11) WILL GO SHOT PUT THEN TURBO JAVELIN
Timing
IL Prep Top Timing will provide Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) services for the entire meet. All results will be published after the meet on Athletic.net and included in an athlete's online profile.
