MVP League is set to deliver yet another action-packed weekend with its biggest invitational to date. Together with our partners, we have curated what is set to be one of the biggest events in the country. Join us as some of the best athletes in the world converge on the city of Chicago to compete for top prizes. From Olympic Gold Medalists to Nationally Ranked high schoolers, this event promises to be one of the most electric scenes on the circuit, featuring over 300 High Schools, 3,000+ athletes, and Olympic Development Events-the stage is set!

ENTRY INFORMATION
ENTRY DEADLINE

All entries and fees must be received online only by Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at11:59 PM EST. All entries and payments must be made online-no exceptions. Online entry opens December 1, 2021. Field sizes will be limited in seeded and unseeded sections.

ELIGIBILITY

This is a NHFS and USATF Meet for High School-Youth and Open. Competitors may register as a member of a high school or club team; unattached athletes are allowed and must register for club sections.

ENTRY FEE

$15 per individual event, $45 per relay. All entry fees must be paid online via athletic.net prior to the entry deadline. There are no entry refunds or entry fee changes for scratched athletes or no-shows. All entries submitted without payment by the entry deadline will be removed from meet-NO EXCEPTIONS.

A reminder to coaches: This is an ENTRY fee and not a competition fee. The fee is due at the time of registration closing and is nonrefundable.

ENTRY / ENTRY ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE - PLEASE READ

A copy of your online entries and invoices/receipts may be printed from milesplit.com at any time. No other changes to your entries will be accepted after the online entry deadline of Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at11:59 PM EST. Entries will not be accepted without payment completed online on or prior to this date.

MVP League VibeFest Invitationalsections have a cap on the number of participants that will be accepted for the invitational seeded heats as noted in the schedule. All entries must be made with a verifiable entry mark. All marks will be checked for accuracy. If you do not submit a verifiable mark, your entry will be placed in the unseeded portion of the competition. All accepted entries will be posted on the Meet Schedule table no later than Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at8:00 PM EST. There will be invitational sections for both high school and club athletes on Friday and Saturday.

In submitting marks for invitationalsections,you may use:

  • 2022 Indoor performances

  • 2021 Outdoor performances

  • 2021 Indoor Performances

All marks will be accepted for unseeded sections. Invitational High School entrants will be selected from all athletic.net entries for athletes representing their High School Teams. All USATF high school-aged invitational events will be selected from entries on athletic.net listed as USATF, however entries that do not make the cut-off will be automatically moved to Sundays Event. We will have a limited number of club events on Friday and Saturday and those events will have limited field sizes. All Olympic Development entries will be done on Direct Athletics.

Remember these marks must be able to be found on Athletic.net or MileStat.com in order to be accepted and verified. If you are selected for a Club Invitational event a meet administrator will contact,you if they are unable to verify the mark. If you are in the selection pool with an unverifiable mark you will maintain that mark in the unseeded section on Sunday. Please include notes if you put in a time that is not verified on MileStat.com, including a link to the online results for that performance. 2021 indoor 60m times may be used and converted for consideration in entering the 100m. Likewise with 55h / 60h times for the 100/110H.

Seeding Tiebreakers for Invitational Events

Preference will be given to the athlete with the most recent top performing mark. *Note indoor vs outdoor performances will be scored accordingly. Example in the girls 400 54.5 seconds indoor is worth 1065 points however the same mark outdoor is worth 1031 points. In a scenario as such lane preferences will be given to the athlete with the indoor mark. If you wish to determine what mark would be best you can find the scoring table at the following link. *Note - We will select the top 4 teams for all sprint relays. #5 and #6 ranked teams will have the option to compete in lane 2 and 1 respectively or choose to compete in the unseeded section.

EVENT LOGISTICS

FACILITY

The Track & Field Center at Gately Park is a world-class track and field facility located in the Pullman community of Chicago. The 139,000-square foot facility features a hydraulically banked 200-meter mondo track, a 4,000-square foot curtained warm-up area, eight sprint lanes, two long and triple jump runways and pits, pole-vault runway and pads, a high jump area, shot put area, and scoreboard. The facility has a seating capacity of 3,500 and includes supporting amenities such as a meet management control room, concessions, multipurpose rooms, and locker rooms.
